Josh and Brittany were lovely hosts. In the midst of a medical emergency and the need to have close access to the hospital, they were responsive to questions and helped us settle in. The duplex was quiet while we there and provided a nice place for us to rest. I didn't cook while I was there, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. We plan to stay again!

Wonderful house! We stayed here for the second time — the first was two months ago, and we were happy to return. Clean, cozy, everything works well, and the neighborhood is quiet. A great option for a comfortable stay. Thank you to the hosts!

We stayed here for my son’s college graduation. It was easily accessible to everywhere we needed to be. The hosts checked in after we arrived to make sure everything was good. They even let us have a late check out which was awesome! Thanks again!

It was pretty okay for what we were there for. Close to restaurants and not far from the Convention Center. Could use more then one tv, but that was my mistake for not checking.

Josh and Brittany very great host, very responsive!!! Also amazing at accommodation... they assist with us during bad morning weather. It was pleasure working with them. If we in the area this will be our go to for lodging.

Absolutely loved staying at this house. The bed was comfortable, great water pressure, and loved having a full kitchen to make my own meals. Also appreciated being able to wash clothes in the house. Had a great stay. Super quiet neighborhood, always felt safe. Lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Josh and Brittany were very nice and made me felt like I mattered to them. A hurricane came and the power went out in the midnight hours. I woke up to a message from them with information about the storm and the outage as well as reassurance to contact them if I needed anything. The place was very clean and cozy. My favorite place was the updated kitchen and how clean it was. The bed was very comfortable and peaceful to catch some really good sleep. I highly recommend them and the place to anyone looking for a clean and nice stay with pleasant homeowners!

I can’t say enough great things about our stay and the hosts! They were incredibly flexible with us during our stay due to unforeseen circumstances, and very willing to help accommodate us.
We stayed here for just over a week and a half and it truly felt like a home away from home for our little family.

The house is super cute and the perfect size for me and my two siblings when we came to Columbia to see our dad in the hospital. Josh and Brittany were very kind and understanding when we were not sure how long we would need to stay in town to make sure he would be okay. Having the kitchen and washer/dryer unit was especially helpful so we could take care of ourselves too. It's simple and sweet, everything you need for a cozy getaway. Thank you so much for everything!!
